How does parliament deal will MPs caught sleeping: A rude awakening

The South Africa National Assembly is a serious chamber of robust legislative business, it is therefore disturbing that over time, some leaders have deliberately desecrated the sacred ground to indulge in unethical conduct.

The recent clip of an MP sleeping helplessly while the State of The Nation address SON2019 was ongoing is embarrassing and reprehensible.

From classrooms to the workplace, most environments have rules and procedures to deal with poor behaviour. So how exactly does Parliament deal with unacceptable behaviour  Members of Parliament?

Who can forget President Jacob Zuma? While Finance Minister Malusi Gigaba delivered his first budget speech in parliament IN 2017, the president was fast asleep.
