Malema arrives court with a crowd of EFF members to challenge Riotous Assembly Act

Controversial leader of the Economic Freedom Fighter EFF has appealed to the court to set aside an act.

At the North West Court in Gauteng, CIC Julius Malema arrived the court to challenge the constitutional validity of the Riotous Assembly Act of 1956, according to Malema, the act is an apartheid piece of legislation which was enacted to fight the Freedom Charter.
