Police declares war against criminals, hunt for killers of 28-year-old woman

The South Africa police Service SAPS have launched a deep search of suspects  perpetrating crime.

The police have stated that it won’t rest until criminals are apprehended and punished for crime against innocent citizens.

Msobomvu Police are investigating a murder case following the murder of 28-year-old woman in Eastern Cape

It is alleged that the body of the deceased was seen by a community member on Monday, 17 December 2018 at about 04:00 at Cuba Township, Butterworth.

The deceased suffered a bullet wound on her upper body. She was last seen with her friends on Friday, 16 December 2018 at about 22:00 around Cuba Township, Butterworth.

The motive behind her murder is not known. Anyone who has information about this murder is kindly requested to contact Msobomvu Police at 047 492 0180 or Crime Stop at 08600 10111.

Butterworth Cluster Commander, Brigadier Ngangema Xakavu has condemned the brutal murder of a defenceless woman and he vowed that Msobomvu Police detectives will work around the clock to trace the suspect/s. The identity of the deceased is still being withheld until her relatives are officially informed about her murder.
