A former public enterprises minister Barbara Hogan revealed more information about how Zuma left her to the attacks from the ANC, after the Zondo cimmission recovened in Johannesburg.
According to Hogan, while testifying at the commison , a certain NEC party members were very nasty to her at meetings and she was cast as “anti-transformation”.
Hogan says she expected Zuma to protect her, and back up her decisions, but “the president hung me out to dry”.
This is what Zondo asked : You must have been under enormous pressure to appoint Mr Gama at the end of his disciplinary process?
Hogan: I was under extreme pressure.
Hogan: Reading from newspaper article on 30/08/09 that said ANC backed Gama when he was suspended. The article said the ANC NWC instructed Hogan to appoint Gama two months prior. Hogan dismissed this. "that is not true. " #StateCaptureInquiry
